How do I become a buyer at the auction?
There are many ways to bid in a Public Sale Auction! You can bid with us directly using our app to save 5% on the buyer’s premium, or register to bid online with LiveAuctioneers, Invaluable, or AuctionZip.
You can also visit us at our Hudson, NY showroom, or call to place phone or absentee bids during our in-person previews held one week before each auction.

If I don't want to bid online, how else can I bid?
We accept absentee bids & phone bids. During our live preview you can register in person and we will execute your "absentee bids" for you. Another option is to bid over the phone: during the auction we will call you and have you on the phone with one of our auction representatives to bid for you. Phone bids start at a minimum $100 opening bid.

How long after auction do I have to pick up my item(s)?
All items must be picked up within 2 weeks. Items not picked up within 2 weeks will incur a $10/day storage fee, and can be discarded or re-sold after 1 month in storage. If you, or your chosen shipping company is not able to collect your item within two weeks, please contact us.

As a seller, how long until I get paid?
Consignor checks are sent out within 3 weeks of the auction, allowing time for all bidders to pay in full.
