Vincent Mulford
If you have been in the antiques business for while, and you are from the northeast you may have sold something to Vincent Mulford. It might be a memorable, unique and eclectic item, and it may very well be several items throughout several years. He has been in business for 30 years with a brick & mortar store at 319 Warren St in Hudson, named Vincent Mulford Antiques.
During covid-19 he sold his building on Warren St, the elaborate three story brick building, with no load baring walls on the first floor, the “tin room” & living quarters on the 2nd& 3rd floors and the basement a cobblestone dream. The basement held his horse drawn sleigh & buggy, the shop had features including huge oversized windows and shutters Vincent used for display only, nfs. He has given us the honor of liquidating it. We are honored that we have been chosen to sell so many of his prized belongings, many of the items never before offered for sale.
The range of his eclectic taste is apparent in over 300 lots of our August 15th sale. His collection of marbled paged books on display, unique architectural details big and small, the selection of artwork from his personal apartment’s walls, even the dishes from the cabinets. All for sale this August 15th.
